If there is no tour meet your needs click “Create My Private Trip” from homepage to submit your request so we can create an itinerary just for you in which we include everything you wish to see and do during your trip. The program can be as long or as short as you wish.

Choose a tour you would like to join from Tour Calendar on the homepage and fill up the inquiry forum with tour code on the title so that we can know which tour you would like to book or tell us the date and duration of your travel to Mongolia so we can offer a tour for you. 

You'll receive the updated itinerary and quotation from us within one working day.

STEP2: RECEIVE PROPOSAL AND QUOTATION 

Our tour manager will listen to your needs carefully and discuss with you.
An updated itinerary with quotation e-mail will be sent to you from us.

STEP 3: CHANGE TO SUIT, FEE-FREE 

Fee-free change service is offered during the booking procedure if you find anything not meet your requirements.
We are pleasant to receive your feedback by email or telephone to amend the tour until the client is completely satisfied with the plan.

STEP 4: CONFIRM THE BOOKING AND PAY THE DEPOSIT 

As soon as Elite Tour Mongolia receives your booking form and a deposit of 20% per person, your travel reservation will be secured and our travel manager will begin to confirm all of the bookings for your trip.
Deposit amount is subject to change. It could possibly be higher, or lower depending on itinerary, trip category, and duration. Your personal travel consultant will adjust the amount accordingly.
Early confirmation would be greatly appreciated!

Once your trip has been booked and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter providing you with a detailed itinerary of your trip.

STEP 5: PAY THE BALANCE AND COMPLETE

The remaining balance & full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to your departure date. Once we received your balance account, we will send you the final confirmation letter. In order for help you to do some preparation before traveling to Mongolia; we will forward the welcome letter with some important travel tips to you. Meanwhile, the Elite Tour Mongolia is ready for serving you well while you are traveling in Mongolia.

STEP 6: ENJOY YOUR TRAVEL TO MONGOLIA
